What’s a Broquet?

Gift sets packed with awesome man stuff. Like a “bouquet”, for guys.

How are they packaged?

Most Broquets come in a heavy duty display box. Everything is packed in wood and paper – we use plastic only when necessary to protect fragile items. Many Broquets also come in additional functional containers like reclaimed cigar boxes and gear bags.

Can I include a gift note?

Absolutely. You’ll have the option to leave a gift note during the checkout process when you add an item to the cart, and we’ll print it on a custom Broquet card and include it in the box.

When will my Broquet ship?

Weekday orders placed by 12 pm EST ship the same day; otherwise they ship the next day. Weekend orders ship Monday.

**Note: During peak periods (ie. Valentine's Day, Father's Day, Christmas) orders may take longer than usual to ship out. Please be patient with us--we'll try to get your order shipped as quickly as possible!

What are my shipping options?

Standard shipping is $9.95 for the first item you order, and then a flat rate of $14.95 for two or more Broquet kits. Standard shipping takes 2-5 days to arrive depending on your shipping address. We also offer 2 or 3 day shipping options. Check out our shipping information for more info.

Can I rush an order?

We get all orders out the door as fast as possible, but we are definitely happy to help out with a rush order. Just drop us a line at bearhug@broquet.co.

Can I delay shipping an order?

Definitely. Simply add the following note in the gift message section when you add an item to your cart:  "(Please schedule delivery for xxxx)" and indicate your preferred delivery date. For example, (Please schedule delivery for Feb 1).

If you need to change anything after you place an order, just email us at bearhug@broquet.co and we’ll get you squared away.

Can I ship internationally?

We currently ship to the US and Canada, with more countries on the way!

What if I need to return an order?

We guarantee your Broquet will show up in excellent condition. If for some reason you have an issue just email bearhug@broquet.co and we’ll make it right.

Can I place a custom order?

We’re happy to help with custom items or packaging on orders of 4 or more Broquets. Just let us know what you’re thinking!

Can I place a bulk order?

Absolutely. Broquets make great gifts for groomsmen, family gatherings, the workplace and all kinds of other group occasions. Email us at bearhug@broquet.co and we’ll hook you up with a bulk discount.
